Your adventure begins with a pick-up from your accommodation in Gramado at the scheduled time. Once everyone is aboard, we'll proceed to Canela. Upon arrival, we will pause in front of the Rueda Canela, a striking 52-meter Ferris wheel that has become a highlight for visitors in the region.

Next, we'll journey to the Cathedral of Stone, where you'll witness the stunning lighting that adorns the temple's exterior. The illumination beautifully accentuates the intricate details of its pointed arches and monumental tower. You will have 15 minutes of leisure time to explore the area, soak in the vibrant atmosphere of Canela's nightlife, and snap some memorable photographs.

To elevate our experience, we will visit a renowned restaurant, where a delightful culinary adventure awaits. Prepare your palate for an extraordinary dinner.

Upon arrival, the inviting and elegant ambiance sets the stage for enjoying the Swiss-style fondue with a Brazilian flair. We will start with a classic Gruyère and Cobo cheese fondue, accompanied by an assortment of potatoes, bread, broccoli, and polenta. For a sweet indulgence, we’ll relish goiabada, a luscious guava cake.

Following this, a sumptuous meat fondue will be served, featuring entrecôte, picanha, and chicken. This will be complemented by a selection of sauces: garlic, tartar, farofa, chimichurri, mustard, and honey, alongside roasted aubergine and caramelized onions, dressings, and jellies of orange, strawberry, and rose. To conclude our dinner, a luscious chocolate fondue awaits, where you will dip seasonal fruits into decadent dark and milk chocolate.

After approximately 1.5 hours of indulgence, we will commence our journey back to Gramado. We will bid farewell upon returning you to your hotel, concluding a memorable 5-hour experience.
