Your adventure begins with a pickup from your accommodation in Santa Maria at the scheduled time, leading us to Shark Bay, renowned for being a natural habitat for lemon sharks.

Curious about the name? The term lemon shark originates from the light's reflection in the water, which sometimes gives these creatures a yellowish hue, reminiscent of a lemon's skin.

Typically, these sharks measure between 8 and 9 feet (approximately 0.5 to 3 meters) in length, and they are absolutely safe for humans. During this encounter, you'll have the chance to dip your feet in the shallow waters where juvenile lemon sharks congregate. Larger sharks can be found slightly deeper, but you will still have the opportunity to observe them from a comfortable distance. Additionally, we will share fascinating insights about this shark species.

While they are harmless, if you prefer, you can choose to admire the sharks from the shore as you take a moment to relax and bask in the sun on Shark Bay's beautiful sands.
