Pickup Locations

From the airport to Siem Reap: Upon your arrival at Angkor International Airport, proceed to the terminal's exit where your driver will be holding a sign with your name. If the driver is not immediately visible, please check the SIM card booths—your driver will move to that location if you're not at the terminal exit. To account for immigration and baggage retrieval, we advise scheduling your airport pickup for at least 30 minutes after your flight's expected arrival time.
From your hotel to the airport: For transfers from Siem Reap to the airport, we will collect you directly from your hotel entrance at the time mentioned in your reservation. It is essential to arrange the service a minimum of 3 hours in advance, and to be present at the hotel reception 40 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup.

Shuttle from Angkor International Airport to Siem Reap: Upon arrival at Angkor International Airport, please proceed to the terminal exit and look for your name on the welcome sign. Your driver will be wearing a purple polo shirt with “Siem Reap Shuttle” on it. If you don’t see your name right away, head to the SIM card stands and wait there. The driver will come to pick you up if they can’t find you at the terminal exit. In case of a flight delay, don’t worry; you can catch the next available shuttle bus.
Transportation from Siem Reap to Angkor International Airport: In this case, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Siem Reap at the scheduled time. Please be at the hotel reception 40 minutes before the pickup.
