Day 1

Your journey begins with a pickup from your hotel or Manado airport at the predetermined time. From there, we will proceed to the foot of Mount Mahawu, where a serene 10-minute hike will take us to the summit, offering spectacular views over the volcanic crater. A perfect way to kick off your adventure!

Next, we'll travel to the village of Woloan, where you can explore an intriguing Buddhist temple set amidst vibrant flower plantations. After this visit, our route will take us back towards the Minahasa Highlands, home to the remnants of an old World War II tunnel network.

As we conclude our day, we'll enter the Tangkoko Nature Reserve, recognized for its extraordinary wildlife. Here, you'll spend the evening immersed in the wilderness, creating unforgettable memories.

Day 2

On the second day, an early start at 6 am will lead us on an exciting quest to encounter some of North Sulawesi's most fascinating native species. With a bit of luck, we may spot animals such as the black-crested macaque, tarsiers, or even the elusive bear cuscus, an endangered marsupial.

After a return to the lodge for breakfast, the remainder of the day will be dedicated to discovering additional wildlife within the Tangkoko Nature Reserve. This experience is essential for anyone passionate about animals!

Day 3

On your final day, indulge in a hearty breakfast with stunning views of Tangkoko Nature Reserve before we transport you back to Manado Airport, where we'll say our goodbyes and look forward to your next adventure.

This three-day journey includes your first night at Tangkoko Hill Cottage, followed by a stay at Tangkoko Lodge or a comparable accommodation for the second night.
