Next, board the bus to Lucca, a city celebrated for its completely intact medieval walls and historic centre. You'll learn that Lucca was once an independent republic for 50 years. During your stay, a guided tour will include highlights such as the Amphitheatre Square, the Giunigi Tower, and the San Martino Cathedral.

Before returning to Montecatini, enjoy the exquisite Buccellato, a traditional sweet treat from Lucca made with almond-filled dough.
