Xplor Park Ticket
This ticket grants you access to a remarkable day filled with exciting activities in the heart of the Mexican rainforest. Prepare to conquer the world's most extraordinary 5-in-1 slide, featuring a 41-meter descent by raft, an exhilarating half wave, a swirling whirlpool, a conical channel, and culminated by a wave pool.
Additionally, you can experience an amazing zip line circuit that spans over three and a half kilometers. If relaxation is more your style, consider the hammock zip line for a soothing journey high above, concluding in a stunning cenote pool with crystal-clear waters.

Make your way to Xplor park on the Chetumal highway (Puerto Juarez Km 282, 77710 Playa del Carmen, Q.R., Mexico). At the park's ticket office, you must exchange your Civitatis voucher for a wristband with which you'll have access to the park and all its services.

Xplor Park is open from Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm.

It's important that you bring suitable footwear and sun cream. In addition, you'll need to present an official ID (either in digital format or a photocopy).
