Since its inception in 1930, with just a few raccoons, alligators, and an aviary, the zoo has significantly expanded, embracing a greater variety of animal families.

Your journey through ZooTampa will introduce you to creatures from Asia, including Indian rhinoceroses, Malayan tigers, and warthogs. Additionally, you'll encounter African species such as elephants, giraffes, hippos, and okapis.
