At your chosen time, we will gather at the harbor in Combarro, where our boat awaits to embark on a cruise through the Ría de Pontevedra. The vessel features an underwater viewing area that grants you a captivating glimpse into the rich marine life of the estuary.

As we glide through the waters of the Pontevedra estuary, you will observe numerous wooden platforms known as 'bateas'. Curious about their purpose? This journey will unveil their significance!

Midway through our adventure, a view of Tambo Island will appear. Nestled within the estuary, this quaint island is home to remnants of Iron Age settlements. From onboard, we will catch sight of the island's iconic lighthouse, famous for its unique spiral staircase.

Continuing our exploration of the Pontevedra estuary, you will learn about the process of cultivating mussels, oysters, and scallops—three traditional Galician delicacies that thrive in this region.
