Pickup Points In Rio De Janeiro

We provide pickups from the following locations in Rio:

Pickup in the North, South, Centre & Airports

This option allows us to pick you up from the north, south, center, or at one of the airports in Rio de Janeiro. Should we collect you from an airport, we'll be there holding a sign with your name.

The scheduled pickup times for this option are as follows:

• Santos Dumont Airport: We pick up passengers with luggage at 6:10 am, 9:10 am, or 1:40 pm. For those without luggage, the pickups will be at 6:30 am, 9:30 am, or 2 pm.
• Galeão Airport, national arrivals: Passengers with luggage will be picked up at 6:30 am, 9:30 am, or 2 pm, while those without luggage will be collected at 6:50 am, 9:50 am, or 2:20 pm.
• Galeão Airport, international arrivals: Pickups for passengers, regardless of luggage, will be at 6 am, 9 am, or 1 pm.

For other regions, pickups can be scheduled for 5:45 am, 8:45 am, or 12:45 pm. The included neighborhoods are:

• North Area: Avenida Brasil
• South Area: Flamengo, Santa Teresa, Glória, Catete, Laranjeiras, Botafogo, Humaitá, Urca, Leme, Copacabana, Arpoador, Ipanema, Leblon, Gávea, and Jardim Botânico
• Centre: Estácio, Centro, and Lapa

Pickup in the West

For those starting their transfer from the western zone, we will collect you at 5:45 am, 8:45 am, or 12:45 pm from your hotel in Barra da Tijuca or São Conrado.
