HOW DOES IT WORK?
Upon arrival, you will embark on a journey through the York Dungeon, which includes a series of interactive experiences and live performances set in its ten themed rooms. This ticket grants you access to all areas of the dungeon, allowing for an in-depth exploration of York's chilling history.

The experience lasts approximately 75 minutes, during which you will encounter various characters from York's past. Tickets provide access to all exhibitions within the dungeon, and there are no additional costs for activities inside. Please be aware that the dungeon can get busy, so it is advisable to book in advance. Some areas may have height restrictions or may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Don't forget to present the voucher you'll receive from Ingresso Group Limited to enter. You'll need to present the voucher, printed or downloaded on your phone, at the ticket booth at the entrance of The York Dungeon (12 Clifford St, York YO1 9RD). The closest train station is Waterloo.
If you do not receive your tickets 72 hours before the service, please contact our customer service.
To redeem your ticket, you must head to the corresponding ticket counter to stand in line. Please note that, even though you have booked a specific time, the times are approximate, as you'll need to wait in line to redeem your voucher.
Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
