Sure! You can choose the number of participants during booking. For very large groups (over 15 people) we recommend contacting us directly to check availability and get any dedicated terms.
Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payment is processed securely through our certified gateway.
Absolutely. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption and processed via a PCI-DSS certified payment gateway. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Yes, the price you see is the final price. There are no hidden costs, additional fees or supplements at checkout.
Cancellations and refunds
The cancellation policy varies by experience. In general, free cancellation is available up to 24-48 hours before the activity. Specific terms are shown on each experience page and in the booking confirmation.
If the cancellation falls within the allowed terms, the refund is automatically credited to the same card used for payment. Crediting times depend on your bank, usually between 5 and 10 working days.
In case of cancellation by the supplier (bad weather, operational reasons, etc.) you'll get a full refund. We'll contact you to offer an alternative date or proceed with the refund.
Vouchers and tickets
The voucher is sent by email right after booking confirmation. You can also download it anytime from your personal area in the "My Bookings" section.
In most cases showing the voucher on your phone is enough. However, some experiences may require a paper copy: check the specific instructions in your booking confirmation.
The experiences
Free Tours are guided walking tours with no fixed price. At the end of the tour you tip the guide based on your satisfaction. Booking is still required to secure your spot.

It depends on the experience. Many activities offer reduced rates for children or even free admission below a certain age. The terms are stated on each experience page. Some adventure activities may have minimum age limits.
