Traveling with Infants

Children under 1 year can join the transfer free of charge but must be seated on their guardians' laps. If you wish to use a baby seat for them, an additional ticket is required for children aged 1 to 3 years.

Luggage Guidelines

• Each traveler is allowed to bring 1 medium suitcase (67 cm high, 48 cm wide, 27 cm long) or 1 small suitcase (55 cm high, 40 cm wide, 25 cm long) along with 1 personal item (like a backpack or shoulder bag). Any extra luggage or items not meeting the criteria will incur a 100 BRL surcharge per ride.
• For those with excess baggage, please provide 24-hour notice. Without notice, the driver may allow or deny boarding based on passenger count and vehicle space.
• For special items such as surfboards or folding wheelchairs, prior notification is essential, and an additional fee of 100 BRL may apply, contingent on the item's size and availability.
• If you are departing from hard-to-reach locations requiring a support vehicle, you will need to assist in transferring luggage between vehicles.
• Passengers are responsible for their own luggage at all times.
