Your 3.5 to 4.5-hour journey will include a short stop in São Pedro da Aldeira to change vehicles before reaching your specified hotel in central Cabo Frio. Simple and straightforward!

When arranging your transfer to Cabo Frio, you have the option to be picked up from various locations in the southern area of Rio de Janeiro:

Santos Dumont Airport: 8:30 am, 11 am, 2:30 pm, 5 pm, 7 pm, and 11 pm
Galeão Airport: 9 am, 11:30 am, 3 pm, 6:30 pm, 8 pm, and 11:30 pm
Hotels in the southern districts such as Copacabana, Ipanema, and Leblon: pickups from 7 am to 12 pm

Traveling with Infants

Children under 1 year can join the transfer free of charge but must be seated on their guardians' laps. If you wish to use a baby seat for them, an additional ticket is required for children aged 1 to 3 years.

Luggage Guidelines

Each traveler is allowed to bring 1 medium suitcase (67 cm high, 48 cm wide, 27 cm long) or 1 small suitcase (55 cm high, 40 cm wide, 25 cm long) along with 1 personal item (like a backpack or shoulder bag). Any extra luggage or items not meeting the criteria will incur a 100 BRL surcharge per ride.
For those with excess baggage, please provide 24-hour notice. Without notice, the driver may allow or deny boarding based on passenger count and vehicle space.
For special items such as surfboards or folding wheelchairs, prior notification is essential, and an additional fee of 100 BRL may apply, contingent on the item's size and availability.
If you are departing from hard-to-reach locations requiring a support vehicle, you will need to assist in transferring luggage between vehicles.
Passengers are responsible for their own luggage at all times.

Additional Info

This service only includes transport to the hotels located in the city center. Residential addresses and Airbnbs are not included, nor is it included for those staying in hotels in Pontal do Atalaia, Monte Alto or Unamar.
When we arrive at São Pedro da Aldeia, there will be a stop for some passengers to get off the minibus before we continue the trip to Cabo Frio.
If your accommodation is in the Barra neighborhood, please be ready to go an hour before the designated time.

Children Under 1

Please note that although children under 1 can participate in the activity free of charge, they must sit on their parents' or guardians' lap. If you prefer to bring them in their own baby seat, you must purchase a ticket for children aged 1 to 3 years old for them.

Luggage Policy

Each passenger may board with 1 medium-sized suitcase (dimensions: 67 cm (26.3 in) high, 48 cm (18.8 in) wide and 27 cm (10.6 in) long) or 1 small suitcase (dimensions: 55 cm (21.6 in) high, 40 cm (15.7 in) wide and 25 cm (9.8 in) long) and 1 personal item (a backpack or shoulder bag). Additional suitcases or those that do not comply with the regulations will incur a surcharge of 100BRL per journey.
If the passenger has excess baggage, they must give 24 hours' notice. If they do not give notice, the driver may or may not authorise boarding, depending on the number of passengers and the space available in the vehicle.
Special luggage, such as surfboards, baby prams, folding wheelchairs and so on, must be notified in advance, as an additional fee of 100BRL will be charged, subject to availability depending on the size of the item.
In the case of difficult-to-access accommodations where a support vehicle is necessary, the passenger must accompany the transfer of luggage between vehicles.
Luggage is the sole responsibility of the passenger.
