How does the City Card work?
The I amsterdam City Card is a digital format accessible via smartphones through a dedicated app. To utilize it, simply download the I amsterdam City Card app and register your card. Be sure to activate your card only when you arrive in Amsterdam and are ready to start your adventures. Ensure your smartphone is charged throughout the day for easy access. The app also allows you to share cards with friends and family and provides a city map that highlights popular destinations. Note that once a card is passed on, it cannot be transferred again.
Where can I pick up my City Card?
Access to your City Card is granted through the official City Card app by entering the unique CC code provided in your reservation.
If you require assistance, feel free to visit the I amsterdam store, conveniently situated on the northern side of Amsterdam Centraal train station (De Ruijterkade 28 B to D).
Store opening hours are: Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 7 pm; Saturday and Sunday, from 9 am to 6 pm.
