As we arrive, we’ll kick off with an engaging introduction to the origins of the Dutch stroopwafels, a delicacy that dates back to the 18th century, and translates directly to 'syrup waffle'. After a brief overview, we’ll don our aprons and observe attentively as our guide demonstrates the technique for crafting the ideal stroopwafel, covering everything from dough preparation to the specific cooking methods required to achieve the perfect crispiness.

Next, it’s our turn to dive into the process and create our very own stroopwafel. We’ll roll the dough and learn how to expertly cook it using a traditional waffle iron. Then, we will apply a generous drizzle of warm, rich syrup between the delicate waffle layers, finishing our creations with a variety of delectable toppings.
