Luggage Regulations

Passengers may bring 1 medium suitcase (dimensions: 67 cm (26.3 in) high, 48 cm (18.8 in) wide, 27 cm (10.6 in) long) or 1 small suitcase (dimensions: 55 cm (21.6 in) high, 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, 25 cm (9.8 in) long), along with 1 personal item (a backpack or similar). Additional luggage or those not adhering to these specifications will incur a 100BRL fee per trip.
If you have excess baggage, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in boarding discretion by the driver based on passenger count and vehicle space.
Special items, like surfboards or baby strollers, should be reported beforehand, with a potential additional fee of 100BRL subject to item size and space availability.
For difficult access locations requiring vehicle support, passengers must assist with the transfer of luggage between vehicles.
Passengers are responsible for their luggage throughout the journey.

Important Info

If you're chosen meeting point is your accommodation, we'll collect you at the hotel or your private residence where you're staying, as long as they are on the way. If not, we'll get in contact with you to arrange an alternative meeting point.
The day before, we'll get in contact with you to inform you of the meeting point and the expected arrival time of the driver. On the day of the transfer, when the driver is on the way, we'll send you a message with the expected time of arrival and a link so you can track the driver in real time.
Depending on the number of customers, the transfer will be by either van or minibus.
We recommend downloading the apps WhatsApp and Waze beforehand o you can track the route in real time and receive notifications from the service provider.
The indicated times are simply an estimation. Delays may occur due to waiting times at different stops or due to unforeseen traffic problems.

Luggage Policy

Additional suitcases or those that do not comply with the regulations will incur a surcharge of 100BRL per journey.
If the passenger has excess baggage, they must give 24 hours' notice. If they do not give notice, the driver may or may not authorise boarding, depending on the number of passengers and the space available in the vehicle.
Special luggage, such as surfboards, baby prams, folding wheelchairs and so on, must be notified in advance, as an additional fee of 100BRL will be charged, subject to availability depending on the size of the item.
In the case of difficult-to-access accommodations where a support vehicle is necessary, the passenger must accompany the transfer of luggage between vehicles.
Luggage is the sole responsibility of the passenger.
