Your day begins with a pick-up from your accommodation in Arequipa, scheduled between 6:00 and 6:30 am. Our journey leads us to the breathtaking Pillones waterfalls, situated at an impressive altitude of 4,600 meters above sea level. Along our route, we'll stop by the charming villages of Pampa de Arrieros and Patahuasi, giving you the opportunity to enjoy breakfast at your leisure.

By 10:30 am, we will reach the starting point for our downhill hike, which takes about an hour to arrive at the renowned waterfalls. On this trek, we'll encounter numerous uniquely shaped rocks that have been artistically sculpted by the forces of water over the years. Navigating through these intriguing formations, we will proceed with caution as the trail demands careful footing. It promises to be an exhilarating experience!

Upon reaching the waterfalls, you'll have ample opportunity to capture breathtaking photographs, relish the pleasant climate, and appreciate the diverse flora and fauna that characterize the area. Feel free to strike a pose and mimic the various shapes of the surrounding stones—prehistoric creatures, mythical beings, and faces—all make for a delightful photo session!

Subsequently, we will head to the village of Imata for a lunch break on your own, before beginning our return trip. You can expect to arrive back at your hotel in Arequipa around 5 pm.
