The following groups are eligible for free entry (with relevant documentation)

Children below 5 years old
EU residents aged under 24
Non-EU visitors aged under 18
Citizens over 65 from Greece or other EU/EEA countries
Individuals with disabilities (67% or more) along with an accompanying person

Non-EU citizens over 65 qualify for reduced ticket prices.

These tickets should be obtained directly at the monument's ticket office, accompanied by a valid ID, and do not encompass an audio guide.

Keep in mind that the Acropolis operates on a time-slot basis, which may limit the availability of free or discounted tickets at the ticket office for specific time slots. Therefore, we advise reserving these tickets in advance through the official website of the monument.

THIS VOUCHER (BOOKING VOUCHER) IS NOT A VALID TICKET TO ACCESS THE ACROPOLIS OF ATHENS.

The day before your visit you'll receive an email with the electronic tickets and the instructions to use the audio guide, which you'll have to download on your smartphone. Remember to also check your spam folder.

The audio tour is set to start from the southeast entrance of the Acropolis (Thrasillou, Athens, 105 58). To reach the Acropolis, exit at the Acropolis metro station (Line 2), head towards Dionysiou Areopagitou Street, and walk along it. The Theatre of Dionysus will be on your right.

Important: a smartphone running Android 9.0 or later, or iOS 17.0 or later, is required. The audio guide is not compatible with Windows phones, iPhone X or earlier, 1st generation iPhone SE, iPod Touch, 5th generation iPad or earlier, 2nd generation iPad Air or earlier, 4th generation iPad Mini or earlier, or 1st generation 12.9-inch iPad Pro.

Please note that, with the electronic tickets that will be sent to your e-mail address, you will be able to access the Acropolis of Athens at the time you have chosen when you made your reservation.
