Join us on this exploratory visit to the LAUS winery, renowned as one of Barbastro's distinguished vineyards, and delve into the marvelous world of Denominación de Origen Somontano. Here, you'll indulge in an exceptional wine-tasting experience.

Winery Visit

We will gather at the planned time at the entrance of LAUS Winery. After some brief introductions, the tour will commence with stunning views of the Pyrenees Mountains in the backdrop.

Initially, we will provide insights into the Denominación de Origen del Somontano, discussing the unique characteristics of the local grape varieties and their meticulous nurturing throughout the seasons in this Aragonese region.

As we proceed, we will stroll through the vineyards and the surrounding gardens, transitioning into the winery itself where we will investigate the production zone and the barrel cellar. This cellar is positioned 5.65 meters (18.5 feet) beneath the surface and has a capacity for up to 3000 barrels, offering an impressive sight!

To enhance your visit, enjoy 3 tastings of fine wine, paired with Iberian ham and Manchego cheese. Here's to a delightful experience!

After approximately 1.5 hours, we will conclude the winery tour.
