Day Trip to Tarragona & Sitges

Your adventure begins with a pickup from your hotel in Barcelona at the scheduled time, as we head south in a comfortable minibus towards two of Catalonia's most picturesque coastal towns!

Our first destination will be the Devil's Bridge lookout, situated in the Tarragona region, where you'll marvel at the remarkable Les Ferreres Aqueduct. This awe-inspiring example of Roman engineering is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and during our visit, you’ll discover its rich history spanning over a thousand years while appreciating its grandeur.

Next, we will arrive in the provincial capital, where you'll join a guided walking tour through Tarragona's historic center. Discover the vestiges of ancient Roman Tarraco as we explore remarkable sites, including the ancient forum, city walls, and the impressive amphitheater that once hosted thrilling gladiatorial contests.

Following our exploration of Tarragona's Roman heritage, we will proceed to Sitges, a stunning seaside town along the Costa del Garraf. Here, a walking tour of its charming old town awaits, showcasing beautiful architectural highlights such as the modernist Casa Bacardí and Casa del Rellotge. In addition, you can admire the stunning façade of the San Bartolomé and Santa Tecla Church, a prominent symbol of Sitges.

Concluding the tour of Sitges, you'll enjoy two hours of free time for lunch and to leisurely experience the famed Spanish Saint Tropez. In the afternoon, we will reconvene in the heart of Sitges for our return trip to Barcelona, with an estimated drop-off at your hotel occurring approximately 10 hours after we set out.
