Barcelona Tourist Bus
The Barcelona tourist bus offers two distinct routes, each approximately 2 hours long. An English audio guide is available to share fascinating insights about the landmarks you’ll see during your journey.
Routes and Stops
- Western Route (orange): Venture beyond the celebrated modernist architecture, exploring the western segments of the city. Key highlights include Campo Nou and the Catalan National Art Museum.
- Eastern Route (green): Here, you can immerse yourself in the artistic essence of Barcelona. Relax on the bus while gazing at modern structures, from Plaza Cataluña to Park Güell and the iconic Sagrada Familia. Uncover the city’s hidden gems!

Operational Details
Your ticket is valid for 24 or 48 hours, depending on the option chosen. No matter when you embark for the first time, the ticket will remain active until the end of the designated period. This flexibility allows you to hop on and off as desired; however, the catamaran ride is capped at 1 hour.
After booking, you will receive an email containing your voucher, which must be presented upon boarding your first bus. Begin either route from any stop of your choosing by showing your electronic or printed voucher.
Bus Schedule and Frequency
The bus operates from 9 am to 7 pm, with frequencies of approximately every 30 minutes between each stop.
Please note that operating times are flexible and may vary.
Catamaran Ride
This ticket also includes an hour-long catamaran journey along Barcelona's coastline.
The boat departs from the Moll de les Drassanes at Port Vell, where you can admire landmarks like the World Trade Center and majestic yachts. During the ride, appreciate a unique view of Barcelona, including a visit to the Olympic Gate, part of the harbor established for the 1992 Olympic Games. An onboard bar offers beverages and snacks for purchase.
For optimal access to the catamaran ride, we suggest disembarking at either stop 4 or 5 on the western route (orange), or stop 3 on the eastern route (green).

Operating times for the catamaran ride are listed as follows:
- January: 1:30 pm and 3 pm
- February: 2 pm and 3:30 pm
- March: 2:30 pm and 4 pm
- March 31st to April 15th: 3 pm, 4:30 pm, and 6 pm
- April 16th to May 14th and August: 12:30 pm, 2 pm, 3:30 pm, 5 pm, and 6:30 pm.
- May 15th to July 31st: 1 pm, 2:30 pm, 4 pm, 5:30 pm, and 7 pm
- September 1st to 17th: 12 pm, 1:30 pm, 3 pm, 4:30 pm, and 6 pm
- September 18th to 30th: 11:30 am, 1 pm, 2:30 pm, 4 pm, and 5:30 pm
- October 1st to 22nd: 12:30 pm, 2 pm, 3:30 pm, and 5 pm
- October 23rd to 28th: 12 pm, 1:30 pm, 3 pm, and 4:30 pm
- October 29th to 31st: 12:30 pm, 2 pm, and 3:30 pm

You can use this voucher to access the tourist bus at any of the stops. The ticket is valid for either 24 or 48 hours depending on which one you choose. In addition, once you use your ticket for the first time, you can hop on and off as many times as you'd like.

Catamaran ride
The catamaran trip starts at the Naval Tours kiosk (Moll de les Drassanes, 08039 Barcelona). Please arrive 15 minutes before the departure time.
We recommend getting off at stop 4 (Passeig de Colom) or 5 (World Trade Center) on the western route (orange), or at stop 3 (Port Vell) on the eastern route (green) of the Barcelona tourist bus.
This ticket should be kept on you at all times, as it may be asked for at any moment. If lost, it won't not be possible to access or continue with the service.
Catamaran Schedule and Frequency
The schedules are as follows for the catamaran ride:
- January: 1:30 pm and 3 pm
- February: 2 pm and 3:30 pm
- March: 2:30 pm and 4 pm
- From March 31st to April 15th: 3 pm, 4:30 pm and 6 pm
- From April 16th to May 14th and the month of August: 12:30 pm, 2 pm, 3:30 pm, 5 pm and 6:30 pm.
- From May 15th to July 31st: 1 pm, 2:30 pm, 4 pm, 5:30 pm and 7 pm
- From the 1st to the 17th of September: 12 pm, 1:30 pm, 3 pm, 4:30 pm and 6 pm
- From the 18th to the 30th of September: 11:30 am, 1 pm, 2:30 pm, 4 pm and 5:30 pm
- From the 1st to the 22nd of October: 12:30 pm, 2 pm, 3:30 pm and 5 pm
- From the 23rd to the 28th of October: 12 pm, 1:30 pm, 3 pm and 4:30 pm
- From the 29th to the 31st of October: 12:30 pm, 2 pm and 3:30 pm
