Valencia + Bioparc Day Trip

We'll gather at 9:15 am in front of the Tourist Office in Benicassim, ready to board a bus heading to the Valencian Community's capital. A scenic one-hour drive will lead us to this vibrant city, noted for its Gothic, Baroque, and modernist architecture.

During the bus ride, you’ll enjoy a sightseeing experience focusing on Valencia’s most notable landmarks, a significant city in Spain. We’ll observe the exterior of the City of Arts and Sciences, an architectural marvel designed by Calatrava. As we proceed past the innovative "third millennium buildings" and the Palau de la Música, you'll learn about Valencia's fascinating past.

Once in the city, you are free to explore Bioparc, recognized as one of the premier immersive zoos worldwide. Here, the barriers between visitors and wildlife are inconspicuous, creating a sense of walking through natural habitats like the rainforest, the African savannah, and arid desert landscapes. This is an experience not to be overlooked!

In Bioparc, you will encounter a variety of exotic fauna, including gorillas, buffaloes, rhinoceroses, antelopes, and giraffes, all within close proximity. The feline area welcomes you to observe lions, hyenas, and cheetahs lounging peacefully, while the rainforest section showcases elephants and flamingos in their habitat.

The zoo also features an extraordinary assortment of botanical specimens from around the globe, including the remarkable baobab trees, whose trunks can reach a breathtaking diameter of 10 meters!

After several enriching hours exploring Bioparc, we will reconvene and embark on our return journey to Benicassim, where we expect to arrive by 7 pm.
