Tour Overview

We will gather at 29 Grauwwerkersstraat at the scheduled time, marking the beginning of our cycling journey through Bruges. As we pedal through the quaint squares and medieval alleys, the city’s charm is sure to captivate you.

Our adventure kicks off at the lovely gardens of Hof Bladelin Palace, where we'll mount our bikes and begin a historical exploration of Bruges' most notable sites and buildings.

Our path leads us to the magnificent Belfry of Bruges, a medieval bell tower standing at 83 m (275 ft), constructed in the 13th century. One of Bruges' three iconic towers, alongside the Church of Our Lady and St. Savior's Cathedral, ascending its 366 steps is a rewarding experience for breathtaking views of the city!

Next, we’ll cycle through the vibrant Markt, the main square celebrated for its stunning architecture and colorful facades, while we delve into its fascinating history. Close by, we'll pass the serene Beguinage, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that offers a peaceful retreat from the lively atmosphere of the city.

As we venture beyond the city center, we will uncover the tranquil canals and the renowned windmills. We’ll also glide past the Lake of Love, or “Minnewater” as known by locals, and uncover the intriguing legends surrounding this picturesque spot. This area combines lush landscapes with serene ambiance and classic Bruges architecture, providing a charming oasis to enjoy!

Leaving the serene canals behind, we’ll explore some of Bruges' hidden treasures under the guidance of our expert. From medieval structures to quaint churches, we will make our way to the Jerusalem chapel in the Sint-Anna district and much more along the way.

After two hours of discovering Bruges from a unique vantage point on our bikes, we will conclude our experience back at our starting point.
