Itinerary for the Argentina Tour Package

Day 1: Buenos Aires

Your adventure kicks off with a warm welcome as we greet you at the airport in Buenos Aires. A smooth transfer will take you to your hotel, where you can unwind and recharge for the captivating 14-day journey ahead. Welcome to Argentina!

Day 2: Buenos Aires

After enjoying breakfast at your hotel, we will launch into our exploration of the capital. You can opt for a guided tour at either 9:15 am or 2:15 pm, visiting key sites such as Avenida 9 de Julio, Teatro Colón, and Plaza de Mayo. We will also venture through various neighborhoods, including La Boca, Caminito, Puerto Madero, Palermo, and culminating in Recoleta.

If your tour is from Monday to Saturday, we will conclude at Recoleta. However, on Sundays, we will wrap up in San Telmo to allow you to experience its renowned antique market.

Day 3: Buenos Aires – Puerto Iguazu

After breakfast, we will assist you in getting to the airport or bus station for your trip to Puerto Iguazu. Upon your arrival, we will be ready to transfer you to your hotel, leaving the rest of the day for your leisure.

Day 4: Iguazu Falls (Argentinian side)

Following breakfast, we head out to witness the stunning Iguazu Falls, with a focus on the incredible Devil's Throat. This impressive cliff showcases one of the world's largest waterfalls, plunging 269 feet (82 meters) into the gorge below. The Argentinian side features a series of walkways that allow visitors to appreciate the striking views from various angles. After a day filled with breathtaking sights, we will return to Puerto Iguazu around 4:30 pm to 5 pm.

Day 5: Iguazu Falls (Brazilian side)

On the fifth day, we will experience the Brazilian side of the falls. If you were captivated by yesterday’s views, prepare for an even more thrilling experience as the waters thunder over the border. We will visit the Foz do Iguaçu National Park, where the lush subtropical environment adds to the magical atmosphere. At the end of the day, we will return for a restful evening at your hotel.

Day 6: Puerto Iguazu – Salta

After a leisurely breakfast, we will transfer you to the airport or bus station in Puerto Iguazu, setting out for Salta (transportation not included). Once you arrive in this historic northern city, the remainder of the day is yours to explore.

Day 7: Salta

After a free morning to investigate Salta, we will reconvene at 3:45 pm for a guided three-hour tour of the city and its historical monuments, including the Convent of San Bernardo, San Francisco Church, and the Cathedral, led by an English-speaking guide.

We will take in the sights from San Bernardo Hill, visit the Catholic University campus, and stop by the beautiful town of San Lorenzo. Additionally, a visit to the well-known handicrafts market is a must!

Day 8: Salta – Bariloche

Your journey continues as we transfer you from your hotel to the bus station or airport in Salta, beginning your next adventure in Bariloche. Upon arrival in this picturesque city, you will be taken to your accommodation.

Day 9: Bariloche

After a fulfilling breakfast, we will embark on a four-hour journey through Bariloche’s captivating terrain. Experience the enchanting forests, lakes, and mountains that characterize this region of southern Argentina. Highlights include Cerro Campanario, Laguna El Trébol, Llao Llao and San Pedro Peninsulas, Cerro Catedral, and San Carlos de Bariloche.

Day 10: Bariloche – El Calafate

Today, we will pick you up from your hotel or the bus station for your transfer to El Calafate. Upon your arrival, you'll be escorted to your hotel, providing a chance to relax after the day’s travels as you prepare to explore the wonders of Patagonia.

Day 11: Los Glaciares National Park

We begin early by heading to Los Glaciares National Park to marvel at the famous Perito Moreno Glacier. Experience the spellbinding scenery and traverse various trails and walkways that showcase this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 12: El Calafate – Ushuaia

Pack your bags one last time for the final leg of our journey to Ushuaia. We will transport you to the bus station or airport in El Calafate, allowing for your final trip in Argentina. Upon reaching Ushuaia, we will greet you to take you to your hotel.

Day 13: Tierra del Fuego National Park

On the second last day of our two-week exploration, we will delve into Tierra del Fuego National Park. The unique landscapes here will leave you in awe as we discover landmarks such as the Beagle Channel, the Ushuaia Peninsula, and multiple archipelagos like Bridges, Willie, and Les Eclaireurs. You'll also enjoy the proximity of the Lapataia River.

Day 14: Ushuaia

The last day of our Argentine odyssey has arrived. We will accompany you to the airport for your departure. It has been a delightful journey!

This two-week trip includes thirteen nights of accommodation with breakfast. During the booking process, you can select from four distinct hotel categories:

Buenos Aires (2 nights)

Iguazu (3 nights)

Salta (2 nights)

  • Hostel: Coloria Hostel.

Bariloche (2 nights)

  • Hostel: Tierra Gaucha.
  • 2 Star Hotel: Aconcagua, or similar.

El Calafate (2 nights)

  • Hostel: Folk Hostel.

Ushuaia (2 nights)

  • Hostel: Yakush Hostel.

Pricing Information

  • The listed price is per person sharing a double room, except in hostels, where dormitory beds are provided in shared rooms of six or eight. For triple or quadruple accommodations, please reach out to us for tailored pricing and booking.
  • The accommodation costs are non-refundable once the booking is completed. Other parts of the tour price are refundable following our cancellation policy guidelines.
  • This tour does not include flights or bus fares between cities. You will need to purchase tickets independently, with assistance available from local guides at each destination.

You'll be picked up from the airport or bus station in Buenos Aires at the time indicated when making your reservation.

The cost of accommodation is non-refundable once the booking has been made. The remaining part of the tour is refundable. You can check the different conditions in the cancellation section. 

This tour does not include flights or buses between the different cities. You'll need to purchase the corresponding tickets on your own. If you wish, the local provider can help you purchase these tickets.

Entrance to the National Parks

Payment for tickets must be made in cash and in the local currency at the ticket office.

Entry to the Los Glaciares National Park costs 800ARS per person. Entry to the Tierra del Fuego National Park costs 560ARS.
