Tour Options

When booking, you have the choice of the following experiences:

Half-Day Tour (3 hours)

Expect to be picked up from your hotel in Cairo at the designated time, followed by a journey to Giza, approximately 20 km (12.4 mi) from the capital.

In Giza, a guided excursion awaits you, where you will discover the Great Sphinx and the three most significant pyramids of Egypt, constructed for the pharaohs Cheops, Khafre, and Menkaure. If you feel comfortable in confined spaces, there will be an opportunity to explore the interiors of the pyramids at your leisure.

Following your exploration, the tour will conclude with a return to your hotel in Cairo after a fulfilling 3-hour experience.

Full-Day Tour (8 hours)

You will be picked up from your hotel in Cairo at the agreed time and proceed to Giza for the same guided visit to the Great Sphinx and the pyramids, similar to the half-day itinerary.

During lunchtime, we will pause to savor a traditional meal, featuring delightful grilled chicken kebabs, accompanied by vegetables, hummus, tahini, and Arabic bread. For dessert, enjoy sweet pastries alongside a refreshing fruit salad.

With renewed energy, we will continue to the Saqqara necropolis, a crucial site that connects us to ancient Egypt's history. Here, you will encounter the pyramid of Pharaoh Zoser, recognized as the first of Egypt's grand pyramids.

In addition to the pyramid, we will explore one of the noble tombs in the necropolis. Our journey will conclude at Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt, an authentic open-air museum showcasing remarkable monuments, including the awe-inspiring sculpture of Ramses II and the Alabaster Sphynx.

After eight enriching hours, the tour will return you to your hotel.

Inside the Pyramids

If you are adventurous and don't mind navigating tight spaces, you may opt to enter the pyramids. You can choose to visit either the Khafre or Menkaure pyramids for 300EGP, or, for a more recommended experience, the Great Pyramid of Cheops for 1500EGP. Due to time limitations, accessing all three pyramids isn't feasible. Tickets can be purchased on-site, and please note that cash payment is required in local currency.
