Explore one of the most important Natural Wonders of Mexico, situated in the heart of the Riviera Maya, and the stunning archaeological site with this Tulum and Xel-Há Tour.

Description

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Cancun to head south and enjoy a guided tour of the Tulum site. While inside this ancient walled city built by the Mayans we'll visit the imposing building known as "El Castillo".

Its privileged location on a hill allows us to see the Riviera Maya landscapes, an incredible spectacle. We'll also learn about the lighthouse functions that this great construction had.

Another stop will be the Temple of the Descending God. After visiting the Tulum enclave, we'll go to the Xel-Ha Park where you can admire the Riviera Maya's varied fauna and flora. The park also has numerous water attractions including snorkelling in cenotes, zip-lines over lagoons... Fun is guaranteed! Entrance to the park without queues also includes lunch at any of Xel-Ha's restaurants. You can choose the one that best suits your culinary tastes.

After a great day of fun and nature in Xel-Ha we'll return to your hotel in Cancun.

Included within the price of the tour is an all-inclusive ticket to Xel-Há, which means:

How it works?

Participants will be collected from their hotels in Cancun, followed by a guided tour of the Tulum archaeological site. Key highlights include “El Castillo” and the Temple of the Descending God. After exploring Tulum, the group will proceed to Xel-Há Park.

The all-inclusive ticket provides access to over 20 water activities, unlimited drinks, and lunch options at various on-site restaurants. Additionally, non-aquatic amenities like bikes, hammocks, and life jackets are available for guests. Activities may include snorkeling, zip-lining, and enjoying the natural beauty of the park.

Hours of operation:

Monday to Friday: from 7 am to 8 pm
Saturdays: 7 am to 4 pm

Pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya, so pickup time will vary depending on hotel location and local traffic conditions.

Tours and days of operation are subject to change and availability. We cannot assure pickup at a hotel where you are not staying, taking into account that some hotels' policies do not allow visitors to access their property.

Grupo Xcaret guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification.

The guides will say the name of the tour out loud.

At the time of pickup, upon boarding the bus, you must present your printed or digital voucher and a physical or digital copy of a valid photo ID. This is a requirement to obtain the park access bracelet.

Recommendations

You must bring your proof of purchase.
It is recommended that you bring comfortable beach clothes, a swimsuit and an extra change of clothes.
Your sunscreen and insect repellent should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the Park. If you don't comply with this requirement, there is a module at the entrance where you can exchange them for a chemical-free sample; on the way out they will be returned to you.
Bring cash or a card to buy souvenirs, do an optional activity or purchase photos of your visit.

Important

Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Children over 1.40 metres (4.6 feet) but under 12 years of age must also present identification to prove their age.
It is not possible to change the date on the day of your visit.
