Your adventure begins with a pickup from your accommodation in Cusco at the scheduled time. Leaving the urban landscape behind, we will head towards Laguna Huayllarcocha.

After a scenic thirty-minute drive, we will reach this enchanting lake, a serene oasis overflowing with energy and mystique, ideal for conducting an Inca fire ceremony!

As we explore the surroundings, keep an eye out for a variety of wildlife, including alpacas, llamas, wild ducks, and flamingos. Along the shore, an Inca priest will be ready to guide us through the ritual, promising a truly one-of-a-kind experience!

This ceremony involves a cleansing ritual using the sacred Inca fire in a rite called Inti Raymi. During this event, the high priest, or Huillac Huma, will ceremoniously offer coca leaves—a revered plant in Andean tradition—to honor the Sun God, requesting its warmth and light to ignite the new sacred flame.

We will delve into the imagining of how such ceremonies were celebrated in ancient times. To enhance this unique experience, we will conclude with lyrical singing from a soprano, providing a beautiful closure to our journey!

Once the fire ceremony concludes, we will return you to your hotel in Cusco, bringing our shared experience to a heartfelt close after three enlightening hours.
