Description

We will gather at the specified time at the Paseo Marítimo Riumar in Deltebre. Once everyone is present, we will board a 4x4 vehicle that will transport us to the Ebro Delta Natural Park, setting the stage for an amazing horseback adventure.

Upon arrival, helmets will be fitted, and we will mount our horses. At this point, we will begin our journey through the iconic rice paddies of the Ebro Delta, taking in the breathtaking scenery.

Throughout the excursion, we will share insights about this natural environment, recognized as one of the most important wetland areas in Western Europe, designated as a Biosphere Reserve due to its diverse flora and fauna. You will also uncover interesting aspects of rice farming specific to the Ebro Delta.

As we ride for one hour, we will have the opportunity to observe a remarkable variety of bird species that inhabit this region. With a bit of luck, you might even encounter flamingos!
