The Arena of Nîmes, France's Little Colosseum

The Ancient Transalpine Gaul, later known as Gallia Narbonensis, holds numerous Roman remains, including amphitheatres for gladiator fights and other public spectacles.

Your ticket to the Arena of Nîmes allows you to explore this historic amphitheatre at leisure. It showcases the splendour of the imperial era, located about 60 km (37 mi) from the Mediterranean Sea.

The ticket includes an audio guide in English that covers the history of the Arena and its events, including gladiator battles and animal hunts, revealing the most popular shows.

Currently, the Arena of Nîmes serves as a main bullring and hosts concerts, featuring artists such as Dua Lipa and David Gilmour of Pink Floyd.

The Arena de Nîmes is open daily from 9 am to 5 pm.

On the day of the activity, you'll have to show these tickets at the ticket office at the Arena of Nîmes, located at the Boulevard des Arènes, 30000 Nîmes, France.

If you have chosen the ticket option that includes all three monuments, you'll need to present your tickets at the ticket offices for the Tour Magne (Les Jardins de la Fontaine, Place Guillaume Apollinaire, 30000 Nîmes, France) and the Maison Carrée (Pl. de la Maison Carrée, 30000 Nîmes, France).
