Embark on a hiking journey that showcases the breathtaking beaches and scenic vistas of Cabo Frio, where you will unveil some of the town's most alluring sights. This expedition traverses diverse landscapes, including sea caves, pristine sandy shores, soaring cliffs, and inviting natural pools, ensuring each moment is memorable.

Cabo Frio Beach Hiking Expedition

We'll assemble at Praia das Conchas at the specified time, setting off on our exploratory trek through Cabo Frio. This 3-kilometer (2-mile) hike allows us to visit some of the town's most breathtaking views and magnificent beaches.

Our initial destination will be Enseada das Tartarugas and Devil's Throat, where we can appreciate the unique natural pools and cliffs characteristic of the Atlantic coastline. Prepare to capture incredible photographs!

Next, we will ascend to various vantage points, such as Coração and Conchas, allowing us to view Cabo Frio's beaches from a new angle. We will also visit the Peró dunes and the Gruta do Vigia sea cave, among other attractions.

After our explorations, there will be a chance to take a refreshing swim at one of the local beaches before we complete the 2-3 hour hike back at either Praia das Conchas or Praia do Peró.
