Beitou & Yangmingshan Tour

Experience breathtaking architecture, rejuvenating hot springs, and pristine landscapes on this exploration of Beitou and Yangmingshan, departing from Taipei.

Tour Description

At the scheduled time, participants will be collected from the MRT Zhongxiao Xinsheng metro Station. From there, a minibus will transport you to the Taipei Public Library, renowned as one of the 25 most stunning public libraries globally, as highlighted by a renowned cultural publication. The library's intriguing and captivating design is sure to leave a lasting impression.

Following our visit to this architectural marvel, our journey will take us to the Beitou Hot Spring Museum, which dates back to the Japanese colonial period. This stop will enhance your understanding of the cultural significance of hot springs in the region.

Next, we will arrive at Yangmingshan National Park, where we can appreciate the unique flower clock. Did you know that the park regularly updates the flower varieties in the clock, ensuring seasonal blooms throughout the year?

Also included in our adventures will be a visit to the Yangming Shu-Wu Mansion, which once served as the summer retreat for former President Chiang Kai-shek. From there, we will explore the Zhuzihu agricultural region, after which you will have some free time for lunch.

Our expedition continues to Xiaoyoukeng, known for its spectacular natural vistas. Here, marvel at the lava terraces, steam vents, and sulphur crystals—each offering a glimpse of the area's geothermal wonders.

As the tour draws to a close, we will proceed to Lengshuikeng for a soothing foot bath in the hot springs. After approximately 9 hours of exploration, we will return you to the initial meeting point.
