The Cathedral of the Saviour proudly stands as Albarracín's most vital monument. We'll commence our exploration at the entrance of the Fundación de Santa María de Albarracín, conveniently situated next to the cathedral. Are you prepared for this discovery?

We will kick off our visit by appreciating the stunning façade of the Cathedral, which is built upon the site of the former mosque of Albarracín. You'll gain insights into the cathedral's renovation that took place in the 16th century, a pivotal era highlighted by its remarkable altarpieces that we will examine inside.

Upon entering the Cathedral, you’ll learn about the remnants uncovered during restoration, providing a window into the city’s medieval history as well as the vibrant and intricate design styles that dominated Albarracín in the 18th century.
