Your adventure begins at 9 am with a hotel pickup in Bahías de Huatulco. From there, we will make our way to Cerro Islá, delving into the rich history and gastronomy of this renowned Mexican state.

After a scenic 45-minute drive, we will reach Santa María Huatulco, a quaint village where we will visit its notable church, home to the revered Huatulco cross. Our exploration will continue at the Municipal Palace, where the vibrant murals will catch your eye.

Next, we will proceed to Benito Juárez, a tranquil community nestled at the base of Cerro Islá. Once we arrive, we'll energize ourselves with corn tostaditas before embarking on a 3-hour hike through the stunning natural surroundings.

The journey will commence as we appreciate the regional fruits and lush tropical trees, visiting local farms that cultivate both coffee beans and various cacao types. Midway through the hike, we will pause along the path to savor some exquisite coffee paired with local sweet breads.

Continuing along the trail, we'll encounter an array of regional flora, including guanabana, yaca, carambola, neem, and rambutan. Upon reaching our next stop, we'll enjoy a delightful al fresco lunch featuring roasted tasajo, cecina enchilada, chorizo, roasted nopales, beans, pasta, guacamole, handmade tortillas, and an assortment of chili sauces, complemented by coffee and fruit-infused beverages.

Once we finish lunch, we will return to the starting point of our hike and from there, head back to Bahías de Huatulco, with a return to your hotel expected by 4 pm.
