At the scheduled meeting point, we'll gather at the Plaza Duarte to depart from Santo Domingo and initiate our day trip to the Pomier Caves. This site is recognized as an essential cultural and natural asset of the Dominican Republic, ready for exploration!

Guided by a knowledgeable local expert, you will step back in time to uncover the history of this Caribbean nation, focusing on the heritage of the Taíno civilization as you navigate through four of the 55 caves that constitute the Pomier Caves.

Throughout this expedition, you'll have the opportunity to view a spectacular collection of cave art that has survived for nearly two millennia. This site, rich in archaeological importance, will surely captivate your imagination!

We will conclude our adventure with farewells at the original meeting point, three hours after commencing our journey.
