Description

Gathering at the designated time, we will convene at the entrance of the Finca Torremilanos to commence an engaging guided exploration of the winery. Did you realize it played a crucial role in establishing the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin? Quite remarkable!

Our initial stop will be the picturesque vineyards, boasting a history of over 100 years, where we will delve into the eco-friendly cultivation practices of the grapes. Following this, we will proceed to the cooperage, where we will discover the traditional techniques and materials used in crafting the barrels at Torremilanos. Expert artisans known as coopers meticulously create the ideal barrels essential for aging the wines.

The tour continues with a visit to the fermentation rooms, where we will learn about the winemaking process. After this insightful segment, the highlight of the tour awaits. We will indulge in a tasting of 4 wines, perfectly paired with local cured meats from Burgos—a fitting finale!

After approximately 1.5 hours together, we will conclude this vibrant experience.
