Operation Details

Your All-Inclusive Pass becomes active from the moment it is first used. Following that, you can benefit from it for the duration purchased: 1, 2, 3, or 5 consecutive days.

This pass enables you to access each attraction one time. Simply show your pass upon arrival to gain entry without any added cost.

Due to high visitor numbers during busy periods at popular sites, it’s advisable to review the online guide for reservation guidelines and make bookings in advance when required.

Even though you select a start date at purchase, the pass remains valid for use within 12 months from the date it was obtained.

Children’s Passes

Children’s passes are designated for ages 3 to 12. Most venues grant complimentary access for those under 3 years old. It’s recommended to visit the specific attraction websites for further details.

This voucher isn't a ticket and can't be exchanged for physical tickets or used to access tourist attractions.

In your confirmation e-mail, you'll find a PDF file. Please check that the file contains the passes purchased with a unique QR code for each user. If you don't receive the PDF, please contact us via our web form.

Downloading the electronic pass won't activate it. In order to use your tourist card, you can present the QR code that appears on your printed or electronic pass at the entrance to the attractions:

Printed voucher: Please download and print the PDF with the passes and the city guide.
E-voucher: Please save the PDF compatible with mobile devices so that you can open it easily and show it on your mobile phone to access the attractions.

After activating the card, you'll be able to use it for the contracted days: 1, 2, 3 or 5 consecutive days.

The Go City: Chicago All-Inclusive Pass allows you to access each attraction once. Some of the attractions are subject to availability and must be booked in advance directly with the local company. Please refer to the Go City: Chicago All-Inclusive Pass guide for attractions requiring reservations and contact details.

Local holidays may affect the openings of some of the attractions included on the pass. Holiday closures won't be grounds for a full or partial refund of the card price.

Although a start date is requested at the time of booking, you can use the service for 12 months from the date of purchase.
