On this guided tour of La Manuela estate, you'll discover one of Pablo Escobar's most famous properties. Among its ruins and memories, you'll see how violence and the passage of time have shaped this home on the shores of the Guatapé Reservoir.
Tour Details
At the designated time, we'll meet at the Restaurant Pier. From here, we'll set off to enjoy a boat ride around the Guatapé Dam, which will have lively music on board.
During 20 minutes of sailing, we'll admire the cross that commemorates the old town of Peñol, now submerged under water, and pass by the Casa Museo del Peñol, dedicated to the memory of its inhabitants. We'll also see the luxurious houses of celebrities of Colombia and take in the privileged views of the stunning Stone of El Peñol from the water. You'll love it!
We'll disembark again at the La Manuela estate and start to tour the estate, one of the most famous properties of Pablo Escobar, located on the shores of the Guatapé Dam. Are you ready to explore a place marked by luxury, violence, and Colombia's most recent history?
You'll also see the original spaces of the property, and we'll share many stories and anecdotes, which will help you better understand the impact this site had on the region of Antioquia.
To make the tour even more complete, you'll enjoy a 15-minute guided tour of the main building, where you can see Pablo Escobar's room and the bunkers.
Finally, you can continue exploring the estate at your own pace. If you want, you can even participate in some adventure activities.
