At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your hotel located in Pedernales to embark on this engaging excursion to the Larimar mines. Let’s begin our adventure!

Upon arrival, we'll enter the Larimar mines, providing you with a chance to witness the extraction of this rare blue-hued semi-precious stone. Here, you will gain insights into the larimar selection process and observe the miners as they skillfully extract this beautiful gemstone from the earth.

Your experience continues at the Larimar Workshop School and Museum, where you can admire exquisite jewellery crafted by local artisans. Should you wish, there is also the option to purchase some of these handcrafted pieces, allowing you to take home a piece of this Dominican treasure.

Next, we will make our way to Paraíso beach, where you can enjoy a delightful lunch with a view of the sea. This will be a perfect time to unwind and relish the beautiful surroundings while enjoying a typical local meal. You’ll have some leisure time at the beach before we conclude the day.

Totaling 6 hours, we will wrap up our excursion to the Larimar mines as we return you to your accommodation in Pedernales.
