How it works?
The Aveiro Ovos Moles Workshop lasts 30 minutes and includes:
- Historical context and traditional recipe: A presentation on the origin, history, and preparation method of this typical sweet.
- Practical part: Filling the wafers with Aveiro Ovos Moles dough and cutting the molds, providing an interactive experience for participants.
- Tasting: At the end of the visit, all participants will taste the freshly made Ovos Moles de Aveiro.
