The Laugerie-Basse site, positioned adjacent to the renowned Grotte du Grand Roc, is classified as a rock shelter rather than a cave. This natural refuge is located on the right bank of the Vézère River.
With this ticket, you have the freedom to navigate the shelter at your leisure. This site was inhabited during the Upper Paleolithic period and boasts a 3D projection, a recreation of a prehistoric settlement, along with numerous interactive panels.
