Your adventure begins with a convenient pickup from your accommodation or the cruise terminal in Fort-de-France, setting the stage for a captivating journey through southern Martinique.

The first destination on our itinerary is the Trois Rivières Distillery rum factory. Here, we will delve into the intriguing distinctions between white and aged rums. This stop features a historic landmark marked by its windmill, where we will gain insights into the secrets behind the production of Denominación de Origen Controlada rum.

Next, we will travel to the picturesque Village de la Poterie (Pottery Village), situated just outside the French commune of Les Trois-Îlets. This location is famous for its lively pottery studios, which have been operational since the 18th century. The streets here are adorned with a variety of tiles, ceramics, and terracotta art.

Continuing our excursion, we'll stop at a viewpoint where we can admire Diamond Rock, a striking basalt islet approximately 1.86 mi (3 km) offshore. The shimmering sunlight creates an effect that makes this rock truly sparkle like a diamond! Following this, we will visit the Cap 110 Memorial to explore the history surrounding the tragic shipwreck of 1830, which claimed the lives of numerous slaves.

After this poignant visit, we will proceed to Les Anses d'Arlet, renowned for its crystal-clear bay. Here, you can savor a leisurely lunch at your convenience and unwind by the shore. If you desire, take a refreshing swim in the inviting waters of the Caribbean Sea.

After enjoying 2 hours at this final location, we will make our way back to the original meeting point, with an expected return about 6 hours after departure.
