Description

We will convene at the designated location on Bengoetxea Street in San Sebastián and embark on a short journey of about 20 minutes to a traditional cider house.

Upon arrival, you will explore the various sections of the Basque cider house. Your visit will include seeing the apple orchards, the cellars, and learning about the production methods alongside the rich history linking cider to the Basque culture.

Following the tour, you'll participate in the Txotx ritual, where you'll drink the apple sap directly from the vats. As you savor this unique tasting experience, a menu featuring a traditional appetizer, cod omelet, fried cod with peppers, grilled T-bone steak, and cheese accompanied by quince jelly and walnuts will be served.

After approximately four hours, we will return to our initial meeting point in San Sebastián.
