Available Packages
Upon booking, select from the following available packages:
- 24-hour package: grants you 10GB of mobile data for internet use over a 24-hour period.
- 4GB package: enjoy 4GB of mobile data along with 30 minutes of calls (both local and international) over a duration of 28 days.
- 6GB package: includes 6GB of mobile data and 30 minutes of calls (local and international), valid for 28 days.
- 10GB package: consists of 10GB of internet access and 60 minutes of local and international calls, valid for 28 days.
- 13GB package: offers 13GB for internet use along with 120 minutes of local and international calls for 28 days.
- 22.5GB package: provides 22.5GB of internet data and 525 minutes of local and international calls, valid for 28 days.
- 7-day unlimited package: enjoy unlimited internet access for 7 days along with 100 minutes of local and international calls.
- 14-day unlimited package: allows unlimited internet usage for 14 days and includes 300 minutes of calls (local and international).
Collection Details
Your SIM card can be collected from the Etisalat store counters located in the arrival areas of Terminals 1, 2, and 3 at Dubai International Airport. These counters operate 24/7 for your convenience.
Usage Limitations
Be aware that regulations in the UAE restrict the use of VoIP services, thus limiting communication to text applications such as WhatsApp and Viber. Currently, video and voice call functions within these platforms are prohibited.
Additionally, please note that only one SIM card can be issued for each individual, per passport, and the recipient must be over 18 years of age.

Pickup and Activation
All you need is an unlocked mobile phone, and we'll take care of the rest. When you pick up your SIM card from the shop at Dubai Airport, we'll activate it, and you can start using it—it's that quick and easy!
You can pick up your card from the Etisalat shop counters located in the arrival areas of terminals 1, 2 and 3 at Dubai International Airport. The counters are open 24 hours a day.
