Situated at a height of 219 meters (718 feet), the Sky Views Observatory offers stunning 360-degree views over Dubai. This attraction is located on the 52nd and 53rd floors of a luxury hotel, providing a captivating aerial view of the city's famous landmarks, such as the Burj Khalifa, the Opera House, and the renowned Dubai Mall.

The observation deck features a unique glass walkway, providing an adrenaline-inducing opportunity for photographers to capture breathtaking images of the skyline—perfect for sharing on social media.

Your visit includes access to the transparent glass slide that connects the two floors of the observatory, allowing you to slide effortlessly between the 52nd and 53rd levels while taking in the impressive views of the city.

Edge Walk

Prepare yourself for an extraordinary experience with the Edge Walk. Our team will guide you in securing harnesses that enable you to step out onto the building's outer ledge. For around 20 minutes, you can traverse this elevated pathway while enjoying the remarkable vistas of the Burj Khalifa and nearby towers.

Keep in mind that to take part in the Edge Walk, participants must be aged 9 to 65 years.

Schedules

The time you select when booking corresponds to your Edge Walk experience. You are welcome to access the Sky Views Observatory on the same day, either prior to or following your Edge Walk.

The observatory operates daily from 10 am to midnight, with the final entry permitted until 11 pm. Please be aware that these hours may change based on various factors.

Requirements

To engage in both the Edge Walk experience and the Sky Views Observatory slide, the following stipulations must be met:

The weight must be between 50 and 100 kg (110 to 440 lbs), and height should range from 1.3 to 2.1 meters (4 ft 2 in to 6 ft 8 in).
Younger participants under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Sky Views Observatory Ticket

If you choose not to participate in the Edge Walk, an alternative ticket is available granting you access exclusively to the Sky Views Observatory of Dubai only.

Present this voucher upon entering Sky View Edge Walk, located at The Address Sky View, in Tower 1 (Level 1), next to the residence entrance.

The time indicated on this voucher is the scheduled time for your visit to Edge Walk. The rest of the day you can spend enjoying the Observatory.

Important

Please wear appropriate clothing. Dresses, skirts, flip-flops, loose footwear, and long scarves are not permitted during the experience.

If you have any prior health conditions, such as neck pains, open wounds, back issues, fractures, cardiac health issues, or vertigos, or are pregnant, please inform the staff at Sky View once at your experience.

An adult must accompany anyone under 18.
Admission to the Edge Walk experience is only permitted for those between 9-65 years old.
