Your experience begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Guayaquil at a time of your convenience, after which we will proceed to the city's historical center for an immersive guided tour of the Municipal Museum.

As we enter the Pre-Hispanic Room, you'll be captivated by the impressive array of archaeological findings that shed light on the rich pre-Columbian history of this region of Latin America. Transitioning into the Colonial Room, we will uncover a collection of items that reflect the era of Spanish colonization that began in the fifteenth century, marking significant shifts in the landscape of the New World.

During the visit to Guayaquil's Municipal Museum, we will also delve into other intriguing sections, including the Religious Art Room and the Numismatic Room. A notable highlight will be an exhibition dedicated to the impact of yellow fever in Guayaquil, highlighting the disease's devastating effect on the population. Finally, we’ll marvel at the fossils of various insects, birds, and mammals housed in the Natural History Pavilion of Ecuador.

After approximately 1.5 hours exploring the museum, we will return to our minibus to take you back to your hotel.
