Day 1: Arrival in Havana

Your 11-day adventure through Cuba commences with your pick-up from the Havana airport. You will then be transferred to your hotel for the evening. After settling in, the rest of the day is at your leisure, followed by a delightful dinner before you recharge for the days ahead.

Day 2: Havana

Day two begins with breakfast at the hotel. Next, we will head to the historic district of Havana.

Our first stop includes the most notable squares of the city, such as the Plaza de San Francisco de Asís, Plaza de Armas, and Plaza de la Catedral. Afterwards, we will visit the Museum of Rum. Are you prepared for a delightful experience? Here, we will learn about the art of crafting the renowned Cuban rum, culminating in a tasting of a 7-year-old Havana Club Añejo. Cheers!

Next, enjoy a delicious lunch  at a central restaurant. Following our meal, we’ll take a scenic drive around the Plaza de la Revolución, passing iconic structures like the Museum of the Revolution, Colina Universitaria (University Hill), and the famous Malecón.

We will also tour the Gran Teatro de Havana and the grand National Capitol of Cuba, perfect for photography. Afterward, we will return to the hotel for some rest. In the evening, we will visit the Fortaleza de San Carlos de la Cabaña, where you can observe the traditional Cannon Shot Ceremony.

Finally, we will gather for dinner and end our day back at the hotel.

Day 3: Havana – Pinar del Río – Havana

Following breakfast, we will depart Havana for a 2-hour drive to Pinar del Río, renowned for producing the world’s finest tobacco. Time to discover its secrets!

We will pause briefly at the Las Barrigonas Tourist Center to enjoy the surroundings before arriving in Pinar del Río, where we will visit a tobacco farm.

Discover the fascinating process of crafting an authentic Cuban cigar. You'll participate in a tour witnessing the harvest, selection, and grading of tobacco leaves, and learn what makes Cuban cigars highly esteemed globally.

After this experience, a delightful lunch awaits at a local restaurant in Pinar del Río. With satisfied appetites, we will return to Havana.

Lastly, dinner will be served at the hotel, leaving you with some leisure time to explore the vibrant city.

Day 4: Havana – Cienfuegos - Trinidad

Are you ready for another exciting day? After breakfast, we will bid farewell to Havana and journey to Cienfuegos, a scenic 3-hour drive. Before reaching our destination, we'll pause for a well-earned lunch.

Upon arrival, we will wander through the streets of one of the most picturesque cities in Cuba, recognized as one of the best-planned cities in the Caribbean. Prepare to admire the stunning architecture of the Tomás Terry Theatre, José Martí Park, Casa del Fondo de Bienes Culturales, the Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Cathedral, and the Palacio del Valle. Be ready with your camera, as this last building is a true gem!

To conclude the day, we will head towards the charming town of Trinidad for a 1-hour trip, where your accommodation for the night awaits. See you tomorrow!

Day 5: Trinidad – Cayo Iguana - Trinidad

Are you excited to explore the Caribbean Sea today? After breakfast, we'll head to Marina Gaviota to board a catamaran taking us to Cayo Iguana.

During the 1.5 to 2-hour cruise, you will be treated to picturesque views as we approach a prime snorkeling spot. What marine species will you discover in the island’s crystal-clear waters?

After your snorkeling adventure, a beachside lunch awaits, followed by our return trip to Trinidad. After checking into the hotel, dinner will be served while you unwind for the night.

Day 6: Trinidad – Topes de Collantes

After breakfast, our next adventure takes us to the Valle de los Ingenios de Trinidad or Valley of the Sugar Mills, where you can experience the thrill of ziplining through a tropical rainforest.

Then, we'll return to the center of Trinidad to explore, including visits to the Iglesia Mayor de la Santísima Trinidad and the Museo de la Historia Municipal. Did you know that Trinidad was a thriving town in the Antilles during colonial times? After delving into the town's history, we'll enjoy a refreshing toast with a Cuban cocktail at La Canchánchara bar.

Before we embark on a one-hour drive to Topes de Collantes, we’ll indulge in a delicious lunch at a restaurant in Trinidad. As the day winds down, you’ll return to your hotel for dinner and a restful night.

Day 7: Topes de Collantes – Guanayara – Topes de Collantes

Good morning! After breakfast, we will hop into a traditional vehicle for our journey to Guanayara, home to a stunning national park. After traveling for about 20 minutes over 7.4 miles (12 kilometers), we will arrive at our hiking starting point, where we will traverse through Guanayara's lush vegetation.

Post-hike, we'll head to the Casa de la Gallega restaurant for a delightful Creole lunch. After feeling re-energized, we will return to Topes de Collantes, allowing for an afternoon at leisure  to relax. Later, we’ll gather for a delicious dinner at the Mi Retiro restaurant. Enjoy!

We’ll conclude the day with a return to your hotel for a well-deserved rest.

Day 8: Topes de Collantes – Santa Clara – Cayo Santa María

Welcome to day eight! After enjoying breakfast, we will set off early to Santa Clara for a 3-hour drive. Upon arrival, we will embark on a guided exploration of its charming historic center, passing by an iconic statue celebrating Ernesto Che Guevara while learning about Cuba's revolutionary history.

Following this, we will pause for a delightful lunch at a local eatery. Afterward, we’ll continue with an approximately 2-hour journey to the stunning Cayo Santa María. As we travel, we’ll pass through Remedios, a city reminiscent of the 16th century. Be prepared to capture the vibrant colors of its streets!

Finally, we will arrive at your hotel in Cayo Santa María, where you will enjoy dinner and unwind for the evening.

Day 9: Cayo Santa María

Ready to unwind on the beach? After a relaxing breakfast, you will enjoy the day at leisure at the all-inclusive hotel located on the northern shoreline of Cuba. Spend time lounging on the sandy beach, savoring local dishes, and enjoying the lively atmosphere of the hotel.

Everything is provided at this hotel, allowing you to fully savor your beachfront experience with utmost comfort. You’ve earned it!

Day 10: Cayo Santa María – Havana

After breakfast, you’ll have some free time to take advantage of the hotel’s amenities until 3 PM. We will then commence our return journey to Havana. Buckle up as we embark on a roughly 5-hour drive along the Autopista Nacional (National Motorway), arriving at the Cuban capital in time for dinner.

Once at the hotel, we will gather to bid farewell and prepare for our final day together.

Day 11: Havana

On the final day, we will share our last breakfast at the hotel in Havana before transferring you to the José Martí International Airport , ensuring ample time for your departure flight. Safe travels!
