At the designated gathering point on the idyllic island of Holbox, we will embark on this remarkable kayaking adventure. Are you prepared to uncover the allure of bioluminescent plankton?

Before we set off, a quick briefing on kayak handling will take place, allowing participants to familiarize themselves with paddling techniques under the celestial canopy of a starlit night.

The moment we’ve all been anticipating is here! We will start paddling along Holbox’s coastline, in search of this stunning natural phenomenon. You'll also have the chance to immerse yourself in the warm waters of the Caribbean to witness the bioluminescent plankton up close. The mesmerizing blue light produced by these microorganisms becomes even more pronounced with the slightest movement of the water—a sight you will appreciate firsthand during the excursion!

As we paddle for approximately 20 to 30 minutes, we will marvel at the glowing plankton while gazing at the twinkling stars. With minimal light interference, we can fully enjoy the view of the constellations, planets, and portions of the Milky Way.

Finally, we will return to the meeting point, completing our journey roughly an hour and a half to two hours after departure.
