Macau Day Trip

At the designated hour, we'll collect you from your accommodation in Hong Kong and embark on an overland journey to Macau, which remained a Portuguese territory until 1999, marking the last European enclave in Asia.

After about 3 hours on the road, we will arrive in Macau and make our way to one of its renowned casinos: The Venetian Macau. Did you know that Macau is often referred to as the Las Vegas of the East? We'll dive into the fascinating history of this casino, allowing some time for you to try your luck at the tables.

Next, we'll visit the impressive statue of Kum Iam, the Goddess of Mercy. This towering 20-meter (65-foot) figure is a sight to behold. Following our visit, we'll pause for a meal at the restaurant in the Old Hotel Central, where a delightful buffet awaits.

With our appetites satisfied, we will continue exploring Macau by visiting the ruins of St. Paul and the Na Cha temple, known for its traditional Chinese architecture. Our route will also take us through Senada Square, situated in the historical heart of the city.

Our journey will then lead us to the Macau Tower, a stunning structure designed by the New Zealand architect Gordon Moller. Standing at 330 meters (1,080 feet), it ranks as one of the tallest towers in the world.

To conclude our exploration, we will visit the A-Ma Temple, recognized as a World Heritage Site and one of the premier Taoist temples globally.

Finally, we will travel to Macau Port to board a ferry back to Hong Kong. Once we arrive, we’ll return you to your hotel, bringing this enriching 12-hour excursion to a close.
