At the scheduled time, we will convene at Ivalontie 12. From this point, we will set off into the unspoiled wilderness of Lapland using fat bikes, specially designed for traversing snowy landscapes. You will discover just how effortless it is to ride these bikes!

Peddling through picturesque snowy paths, we will encounter several of Ivalo's wooded areas and charming towns. During our journey, we’ll take a moment to pause and enjoy a snack and a warm beverage to recharge and fend off the winter chill.

We will also journey alongside the Ivalo River, along with its tributaries, referred to as vuopaja. Throughout the tour, we will gain insights into the history of the towns by the river and how they have adapted to the challenges of flooding and harsh weather.

Following this exciting fat bike experience in Ivalo, we will return to our starting location, concluding the adventure about three hours after we commence.
