Discover the Larco Herrera Museum and the Huaca Pucllana pyramid with this tour in Lima. You will visit two essential locations to learn about the history of the pre-Columbian civilizations of Peru.

Lima Museums Tour

At the selected time, we will pick you up from your hotel in Lima and travel in a minibus to the Larco Herrera Museum, a significant exhibition in the capital.

We will explore the museum's rooms, showcasing one of the most comprehensive collections of pre-Columbian artifacts in Peru. Highlights include genuine gold and silver items and erotic ceramics that reflect the ancient civilization's relationship with nature and sexuality. The museum is situated in an 18th-century viceregal mansion, enhancing the experience.

After the museum, we will visit the archaeological site of Huaca Pucllana in Miraflores. This pyramid of adobe and mud served as a ceremonial and administrative center between 200 and 700 A.D. A guide will provide insights into its history as we explore the ruins.

Finally, we will return to the hotel and conclude the tour after 3.5 hours.
